Conference for
" Municipal Project Law"

The administrative decentralization in Lebanon through the development of the Municipal work requires a new Law for Municipalities. This new Law would increase the human and social development, and would also help in creating awareness for a better understanding of Democratic principles and concepts among the population.
Hence, MDA regards it important to organize a Conference for Municipal project Law which is now found at the parliamentary committee. The aim of this conference is to allow the specialized, the different associations in our society, and the responsibles of this purpose, to take part with their ideas, comments and issues before the release of the Law.
Therefore, the MDA is organizing a conference in Beirut, on the 23rd of September 2003, from 9 am to 1 pm, in hotel Meridien-Commodore.
